A redesign or decorating consultation is a great place to start with any decorating project, and this is especially important in redesign. A redesign consultation is conducted on an hourly basis to provide you with decorating ideas and guidance. A Redesign consultation is the essential first step in any redesign project. A consultation may provide you with the following:

Home & Office ReDesign in a day

We work with what you already own.


Some of our services include:

Interior Makeovers - You already have everything you need for a beautiful home. With our experience in interior redesign, model home merchandising, and specialized training in the one day redecorating principles, with you in mind, we will provide you a redesigned space, without purchasing a single piece of furniture.

Half day :   $500.00

Full day:     $900.00

Additional assistant: $75.00 hr

 

Real Estate Staging

You only have one opportunity to make a good first impression!

    We broaden the appeal of a home and increase the market of potential buyers by maximizing use of space, showcasing architectural highlights and creating an inviting environment buyers can envision themselves living in. A properly staged home will command a higher asking price and sell faster. 76% of realtors recommend staging a home before it goes on the market! A comprehensive evaluation starts the Staging process, and a report is included. Staging services are performed after the evaluation. Hourly fee of $75.00 for evaluation/recommendations and per room quote for staging. Staging fees are deductible as a cost of the sale of the home.

Redesign of existing furnishings: Often, our clients do not move out while their home is on the market. In this case, we work with what is already in the house and redesign pleasing arrangements with a subset of the furniture as well as harmonizing accessories. Flexibility and cost effectiveness are key benefits to this staging plan – Completed in one day or less.

Vacant properties: If you or your renters have moved out, we assist you in giving your potential buyers guidelines on proportions, furniture placements and general visualization of the living space. Many people are challenged with empty rooms, and you want your property to make a lasting first impression! We bring in furniture and matching accessories to give the space a lived-in yet uncluttered look. Most sessions can be done in half a day.

Hands-on staging consultation: Following an initial phone conversation, we meet with the homeowner and realtor onsite to provide recommendations and carry out small changes on the spot. Hassle-free, cost efficient and non-invasive, we give advice on how to present your property in the best light. Our consultation is followed up by customized list of suggestions. 

Consultations: one hour minimum $150.00

Full day: includes one assistant $850.00

Half day: includes one assistant $450.00

 

Relocation & Move-In Services

 

Settle in and enjoy your new home quickly and effortlessly. We place furnishings as they come off the van, hang artwork and creatively accessorize each room. Avoid the indecision of what should go where, especially if you have a completely different floor plan from your last home. This is a great service for corporate executives, retirees or anyone else who’d like to start enjoying their new home and surroundings immediately. We make your belongings fit the space, place favorite treasures, complement architectural highlights, and create the harmonious home you envisioned when you first saw the house! Often, we work along with the clients, making discoveries of forgotten possessions and arranging them to create a fresh look.

 

Consultations: one hour minimum $150.00

Full day: includes one assistant $900.00

Half day: includes one assistant $500.00

 

Holiday Decorating

 

Make that special occasion one that your guests will talk about and long remember!

We will use your favorite pieces and accessories, mix them with new and provide you the following services. 

We’ll transform your home for a special occasion by arranging your party area and serving tables.

We'll do whatever it takes to make your home the perfect setting for your important holidays and special events.

Whether it's an intimate family gathering or annual company party, It's Arranged! will create that special look and feel to go along with your special events. Our rate is $150.00 per hour for the first hour and $75.00 thereafter with a 2 hour minimum

Furniture and accessories shopping

Whether you’re looking for that single perfect accessory, floor covering, or several things to furnish your home, we’ll help you find it.

We'll shop for furniture and accessories for an entire home, one room or several rooms. We’ll either do the shopping for you, or take you with us. Whatever is convenient for you is convenient for us. Our rate is $100.00 per hour - two hour minimum.

Before & After Party Hosting

 

How about inviting a few friends over for a Before & After redesign Party?

Here’s how it works.....

On a Saturday morning at 8:30 a.m. , your invited guests stop over for a continental breakfast and see a room or rooms before the makeover. Then at 6:00 p.m. everyone returns for champagne to see the makeover results!

The party is guaranteed to get everyone excited and talking about your home for a long time! You end up with a fantastic new look for your home and a great time!

What a great opportunity to get positive feedback on your home!

If you're like most home owners, it's wonderful to hear how your hard work has created the vision you intended, and that your guests are impressed with the results.

With a Before and After Party your guests are able to see the transformation for themselves!
