Arranged Spaces - Trends, Tips and Guides for your home in The New Year

The Layered Bed - Does your bed serve you well? Make it a pleasure to make and a pleasure to mess up. Whether you're a minimalist or maximalist, a great way to enhance your bedroom routine is to incorporate the style of a layered bed.

The Light and The Dark - What’s your personality?

  • Moody Aesthetics - Spaces darker in tone have been trending - Darker Tones, Rich texture, Cinematic, Drama. An immersive moody aesthetic gives drama and personality to a room.

  • Monochromatic (Minimalism Luxe) - A monochromatic color story and a minimal design is now a classic trend. The great thing about this look is it has longevity in style.

Statement Walls - If your walls could talk, what would they say? An ongoing trend is the significance of creating design moments in our homes for social media, work calls, and better experiences when we gather. This is the driving force behind statement walls.

Color Story and Color Trends - What’s your color story?

  • The Dawn of the Browns and Warmer Tones - Gray has had our hearts for a while. It has felt sleek and safe, but the trend is moving toward warmer tones.

  • Color Story - A color story is a guide to creating a cohesive look. It's selecting and making a palette to help tie the room together.

Green: The Color of 2022 - Are you feeling green? Green has hit the mainstream as an option for people to comfortably feel bold. You'll see it in wall color, cabinets, furniture, decor, artwork, and more. If you're not dabbling in green, you either hate the color, or you envy those who love it.

Arranged Spaces - Rooms to Inspire in The New Year

Kitchen - Known as the heart of the home. Have you checked its pulse? After a good organization and cleaning, your kitchen deserves a refresh. What are you waiting for?

The Entryway- An entryway isn’t an afterthought, it's the first thought. They say you only get to make a first impression once. What impression does your entryway give?

Bathroom - Compared to the rest of our homes, bathrooms are conservative in space, yet somehow manage to hold everything we need to look and feel good. This small space can be a sanctuary with the right elements. With a locked door, we enjoy our privacy. Could you be enjoying it more, though? Yes. Reset. Refresh. Relax.

Bedroom - It's more than just a room with a bed. The space where your day begins and ends should offer peace and pleasure. It doesn't have to be a dream, to rest beautifully. Get specific on what you want, what you need, and what you want to invest in your sleep hygiene. Feeling rested in your space? Recharge!

Living Room - Your living room should have a positive gravitational pull on you and your guests. It's not just for binge-watching, although we get it. It's a space for connecting in comfort. Where memories are made in style, curtains opened or closed. Is your living room calling?

The Office - A home office definitely has been at the forefront of many homes. Lifestyles change, and so must our spaces. A space that can be a catch-all for us ~ fitness, memorabilia, gift wrapping, and maybe some pieces you've upcycled from other rooms. A good home office fosters focus, inspires the mind, and delivers storage needs. Are your best thoughts being inspired?
